About me
Hi, I’m Kat Wittfoth—certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, mom, and proud founder of Wittfoth Fitness and Katz Kraftz.
My passion for health and fitness started with my own transformation. At just 92 pounds, I set out to gain strength and muscle. With the guidance of my husband (who taught me how to lift!), I not only changed my body—I discovered my purpose. Today, I help others build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through personalized online training and nutrition coaching. My mission is simple: to take the guesswork out of fitness so you can stop spinning your wheels and finally see lasting results.
But my creativity doesn’t stop in the gym. Through Katz Kraftz, I bring people’s ideas to life—whether it’s custom decals, t-shirts, logo designs, or unique digital creations. Just like fitness, crafting is about turning a vision into reality, and I love helping others make that happen.
When I’m not coaching clients or creating designs, you’ll usually find me with my family, cheering on my husband at the drag strip, or sneaking in a workout between mom life moments.
