Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be fit to start personal training?

Absolutely not. Personal training is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a beginner or returning after a break, we can work together to build a plan suited to your current fitness level and help you progress safely.

How often should I train each week?

It depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most clients train 2–4 times per week to see steady results. I'll create a schedule that’s realistic and effective for you.

What equipment do I need for home workouts?

For home sessions, we often use minimal equipment like resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight. If you have a treadmill, step bench, or additional weights, I'll incorporate those too.

What’s the difference between a meal plan and macro coaching?

A meal plan gives you specific meals and portion sizes. Macro coaching teaches you how to track protein, carbs, and fats so you can eat more flexibly while still hitting your goals.

Can I still eat my favorite foods?

Absolutely. My coaching approach is flexible and realistic. You can enjoy your favorite foods in moderation while staying aligned with your goals.

Do you offer support and check-ins?

Yes! Ongoing support and accountability are key parts of both training and nutrition coaching. Depending on your plan, you’ll have weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and direct communication with me.
