About Kat - Wittfoth Fitness
Hey, I’m Kat Wittfoth—certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, mom, and founder of Wittfoth Fitness. My passion for health and fitness started from my own transformation. I began my journey at just 92 pounds, determined to gain muscle and strength. With the support of my husband (who also taught me how to lift!), I not only changed my body—I found my purpose.
Now, I help others build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through personalized online coaching. My mission is to take the guesswork out of fitness and nutrition so you can stop spinning your wheels and finally see lasting results.
When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family, cheering on my husband at the drag strip, or squeezing in a workout between mom life moments. I believe fitness should support your life—not take it over—and that’s exactly how I coach.
