My Mission
My mission is simple: To help people build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that actually last.
Fitness shouldn't feel intimidating, punishing, or overwhelming. I believe in meeting people where they are and guiding them forward with education, encouragement, and consistency.

My Story
I didn't start my fitness journey feeling strong or confident.
When I first began working out, I was underweight and unsure of myself in the gym. My husband taught me how to train properly, and through that process, I discovered how powerful strength training can be physically and mentally.
What started as a personal journey turned into a passion for helping others feel capable, confident, and proud of what their bodies can do. I know first hand what it's like to start from scratch, and that's exactly why I'm so passionate about coaching people at every stage of their fitness journey.

My Coaching philosophy
I don't believe in "one size fits all" programs.
Every client I work with receives a plan that fits their body, lifestyle, schedule, experience level, and goals.
My coaching focuses on:
- Proper movement and form
- Sustainable progress
- Building confidence in and out of the gym
- Creating habits you can maintain long-term
Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, improved mobility, or simply feeling better in your body, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Certifications and Education
I'm committed to ongoing education and evidence-based training. My background includes:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
- Certified Nutrition Coach
- AER & CPR & First Aid
- Practical Pilates Fundamentals
- Yoga Fundamentals and Basics
- Functional Anatomy and Movement Education
My pilates and yoga education focuses on foundational movement, mobility, core engagement, and injury-aware modifications which I intergrate into strength training and mobility programming when appropriate.

Who I Work With
I coach men and women of all fitness levels, including:
- Beginners who feel intimidated by the gym
- Clients returning to fitness after time off
- Individuals focused on weight loss or muscle gain
- Those looking to improve mobility, posture, and functional strength
- Post partum clients rebuilding strength and confidence
- Individuals with mobility challenges or movement limitations
All of my programs and training are online allowing flexibility for every lifestyle.

A Little About Me outside the Gym
When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me:
- Spending time with my husband and family
- Continuing my education in fitness and nutrition
- Creating programs and digital fitness resources (PDFs can be found on my etsy)
- Crafting, crochet, etsy, digital files, svgs, t shirts, decals (I love all things crafting!)
- At the race track, watching my husband race! (@RedImpostorRacing)
- Working on new projects!
